Merricks Resort, Barbados, Caribbean

The Merricks Resort & Spa is ideally situated with its own secluded beach and cliff top location on the south east coast of Barbados. The resort will have the benefit of being run and managed as a hotel resort with 5 star facilities. There is a guaranteed rental of 10% for two years, followed by a 50/50 room rate share.

The Merricks is set within 70 acres of lush Caribbean paradise with a secluded half moon beach and on a cliff top location in the South East Parish of St Philip. The Merricks is split into part resort and part residence and property purchases can be made within either, whilst still enjoying the complete array of facilities available. The Resort will feature 14 four storey buildings each containing luxury hotel suites all with balconies and views of the ocean. These range from studios to 1 bed and 2 bed apartments. These will all be fully furnished to include plasma screen tv's with satellite television, all soft furnishings, and all other facilities associated with a 5 star hotel such as complimentary toiletries, tea making facilities and fridge.

Within the resort there will also be Cabanas and Plantation villas available, but as yet have not been released - details to follow as soon as possible. The resort will also be featuring an Island Sanctuary Spa with 1 or 2 bedroom properties with personal service set in sumptuous surroundings to include media centre and private infinity pool, for those who crave a secret and sedate get-away retreat.
